  If it says you close at 5 there should still be people there 25 minutes before you close. If you can’t make an appointment for normal blood tests (wouldn’t know if you can because you never answer the phone) it makes it extremely hard for the people who don’t finish work until late in the afternoon and have to rely on driving down to see if there is anyone there because you don’t answer your phone!!

  Appalled by the service here. I waited 20 mins first thing in the morning for a time sensitive blooded test (yellow priority and fasting sheet) to be told that an older man had been there before me and would go in before me (sitting in the waiting room for the same amount of time as me, with a normal/white blood form). This phlebotomist clearly needs some more training in her job AND in courtesy.
