  Staff were super friendly and accommodating and didnt mind checking us in late.
  
  In terms of the property though, genuinely the worst hotel we’ve ever been to
  Water pressure was no better than a splash
  No bathmat provided and the showers didnt even have a door so all the water spills out from underneath the shower curtain
  Towels and bedding are so old they’re quite literally tearing at the seams
  The whole place has an odd smell to it
  General vibe is very old, dim, dusty and crusty
  Photos look nothing like the room we got

  A quaint hotel that is centrally located to beaches and great restaurants. We stayed 1 night without issue. We enjoyed the location as it was a short walk from the two main breweries and beautiful beach!
  
  It's adorable charm comes from it previously being a church (from the look of things).
  
  We were hesitant to book given shared restrooms but found it not an issue at all. Each shower has a private area and stalls are fully closed. There are plenty of towels and toiletries.

  Great little motel, a hidden gem behind a "Manor House".
  The bright, airy rooms had a comfortable bed, working reading lights, lovely hot water, good tv, kitchen table, air con, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink in the kitchen with detergent, tea towel, crockery and cutlery. Believe me some of the motels I have stayed in recently in WA do not have these things available and charge a lot for nothing! 5 mins walk to the beach and walking distance to a pub if you don't want to drive.
  Just be careful and don't stop under the old Moreton Bay tree it drops sticky stuff, luckily I discovered that immediately and moved.

  We stayed in one of the self-contained rooms. Didn't go in with any expectations, but was pleasantly surprised given some of the negative reviews and 3-star rating. Our room and bathroom were spotless and well equipped (fridge, microwave, kettle, tea/coffee, toiletries). The TV didn't work, but that wasn't an issue as we were only there for one night. The staff were friendly enough when we checked in, and the in/out process was very easy.
  The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Better than some of the 5-star places I've stayed at.
  
  Motel is a short 10-15 minute walk to Busselton's main drag, jetty, and highlights.

  Safe and quiet, great location. Comfortable and well sized rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful but needed some reminding. Facilities are in dire need of refreshing. Overall a good budget friendly staging ground to explore the South region but needs to replace its equipment.

  Modest, Tranquil and the grounds very well kept.
  David and Julie were polite and very welcoming.
  Great price for the rooms and service you get.
  Immaculately clean.
  
  We will be returning here in the very near future!
