We called 3 times before it was finally delivered. We called to complain & was promised a full refund, them was called back to be told we would only receive half a refund unless they could come back and pick up the food.

As a vegetarian I asked for a vegi main. It consisted of some frozen vegetables which is unacceptable. I asked for fried rice which came with prawns and ham. I asked to return it and have plain fried rice. The owner (I believe) was rude and said I’ll bag it, to take it home. I said no, I don’t eat meat. She then said to my husband ‘you could eat it’ I told her he doesn’t eat pig and to return it to the kitchen. She insisted on charging us for the dish regardless. We will never be ordering again. We rang twice to check on the order and they kept saying 15mins. NEVER again
