- Disappointed Added January 09, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After purchasing a couple of "specials" table lights, the floorstock item was simply thrown into an oversize box with some loose bubble wrap. The other was in it's original packaging. Once home I discovered the loosely packed glass light fitting had cracked, likely banging against the metal mounting bracket.
I called the store and reported it and told to come in. Next day went there and was given my marching orders as he want interested in the damage ... basically it wag entirely my problem after leaving, regardless of how it was put into the box.
Well I won't be returning to buy their ceiling fans (that I had intended to do) ... and never for any of the various other light fittings still needed fit our new home.
All up that's $50 worth of ill will and cost hundreds in sales ...
BIG MISTAKE ... HUGE
